一、 通风柜材质和结构
1、主体框架：左右旁板、前钢板、后背板、顶板及下柜体均采用1.0mm厚马钢一级冷轧镀锌钢板，德国进口全自动数控激光切割机下料，折弯采用全自动数控折弯机一次性一体折弯成型，喷涂表面经环氧树脂静电流水线自动化喷涂。
2、内衬板\导流板：采用实芯抗倍特板（5mm厚）具有良好的防腐蚀、化学抗性。导流板固定件使用PP优质材质制作一体成型。
3、移动视窗：5mm优质钢化玻璃，门开启高度为700mm,自由升降，移门上下滑动装置采用电梯配重方式结构，无级任意停留，移门导向装置由抗腐蚀的聚氯乙稀材质构成。移门把手PP一体成型制作，移门旁边是抗化学腐蚀的塑料包裹，移门的开、闭有橡胶缓冲装置。
4、通风柜正前方全部为玻璃视窗，有良好的可视范围。导流板和内衬材料一致，导流板支架由非金属材料构成。
5、下柜体：台面采用芯理化板（12.7mm厚）或环氧树脂陶瓷台面。耐酸碱，耐冲击，耐腐蚀，甲醛达到E1级别标准，背面具有不可磨灭背标。
6、连接部分：所有的内部连接装置都需隐藏布置和抗腐蚀。没有外露的螺钉。
外部连接装置都抗化学腐蚀，用聚氯乙稀包裹的不锈钢部件与非金属材料。
7、排气出口：排气出口为圆形，套管连接，减少气体扰流。
二、性能及其它配置：
1、通风柜其他内衬材料通风柜，内部其他材料双面都有环氧树脂喷涂，耐酸碱及有机溶剂腐蚀的，无裸露金属或不能抗腐蚀和防火的材料。
2、配件
通风柜配有进口一次性成型PP小杯槽，耐酸碱、耐腐蚀。
通风柜里面配件（单口七字水龙头）由黄铜构成并安装在通风柜内部。
通风柜控制面板：采用液晶显示屏控制面板（可设置快慢自由调节，可适应市场上大部分类似产品）。
通风柜照明：防水荧光灯管，快速启动类型，安装置通风柜顶部。照明装置上面有安全玻璃面板，并且和柜体密封。

4. The front of the fume hood is all glass Windows with good visual range. The guide plate is made of the same material as the lining, and the support of the guide plate is made of non-metallic material.
5. Lower cabinet body: the table is made of core physical and chemical board (12.7mm thick) or epoxy resin ceramic table. Acid and base resistance, shock resistance, corrosion resistance, formaldehyde up to E1 level standard, back with indelible back label.
6. Connection: all internal connection devices shall be hidden and anti-corrosion. No exposed screws.External connections are resistant to chemical corrosion, stainless steel parts coated with polyvinyl chloride and non-metallic materials.
